Passages is home of the Creative Writing Concentration at Carleton University, just one part of a very active creative writing community within Carleton’s Department of English, which includes the Creative Writing Concentration, In/Words Magazine and Press, and the English Literature Society.

Passages is hosted and maintained by Nadia Bozak – a novelist, short-story writer, film theorist, and English professor who leads workshops within the Concentration.

Nadia’s website, including blog can be found here: www.nadiabozak.com

Thanks to Professor Travis DeCook for coming up with “Passages,” a name which so perfectly suggests how units of written text move readers into new realms, worlds, horizons of experience.
